The best way to relax myself effectively?

I get stressed because my boss just added another task to my already overflowing to-do-list.
What should I do to adapt this situation?

change your position: like if you are sitting or stand up then start waliking.
if you are walking then start running or just stoped walking, or lying or sit on the chair.
drink a glass of water,
take a deep breath
read your favorite novel
listen your favorite song
watch your favorite movie
talk to your best friend
