Flag shows wrong location
The location for someone I know keeps showing her in one of two states both of which are incorrect. Does anyone have that problem?

The location depends on the service used. It is likely that the real location and the location provided by the service don't match.

Use this site to locate your IP address.
It's up to your service provider to send updates for locations, A Majority of Service Providers use the location of their biggest office in each region/state, when submitting IPs.
