Non-existent (renamed) Russian regions
10 regions of the Russian doubled. They are in the counter, but get them now and in the future can not be anyone else.
Regions should be 83 instead of 93. It should be deleted:
1. Unnamed red flag. This is the flag of Krasnoyarsk Krai until 2007.
2. Aga Buryatia. This region is now called Buryatia.
3. Chita. This region is now called Zabaykalsky Krai.
4. Evenkiyskiy AO. Since 2007, became a member of the United Krasnoyarsk Territory.
5. Kamchatskaya Oblast. This region is now called Kamchatka.
6. Komi-Permyatskiy AO. Since 2005, he joined the Perm.
7. Koryakskiy AO. Since 2007 he became a member of Kamchatka.
8. Permskaya Oblast. This region is now called Perm.
9. Taymyr. Since 2008, he joined the United Krasnoyarsk Territory.
10. Ust-Orda Buryatia. Abolished from 1.01. 2008

New names of regions are given as they are called in the "Details" FC.

Yeah, sure. And what about those who already collected them? I'm not losing 10 regions just because you've decided they should be deleted.

Who has gathered the fine fellow. Those who gathered let them remain. But not to introduce beginners confusing need some to make a mark, such as: "Do not even think, bro."

I live in Russia. I spent a week trying to collect them. Until I realized it was impossible.

Actually, yeah, it would be a good idea to have them removed from the Missing Regions list.

I don't think anyone should lose them once obtained but if they are no longer available it is confusing to have them in the missing regions list.

These regions have been removed from the missing regions list, and available Russian regions have been adjusted to 83. Users who have collected more than 83 will show in excess of that number.
