Doesn't actually work anymore
Everytime when i check my flag counter, it just shows that i got one flag from USA, every day the same thing. When i click to generate a new flag counter, i get a flag from Austria(which is the country i live in). But that's it, i get no other flags anymore. I usually got up to 5-8 new flags a day from all over the world, but mostly from Germany, sometimes more, sometimes less, but in the last month or so, i didn't get any new flags except from Austria and USA.
Can someone help me please?

if you are another guy from the osu! forum please read this thread
or see if it's something similar
right click your counter -> copy image link
if it's NOT the counter image's link but it's a website's static link then
1) you won't collect flags and
2) it's not a fault of FC, it's that website's setting
