Will it be against the rules of the counter service if I resize the banner (flagcounter image) on my webpage

Hi Julian,
Well, the Terms of Service say that you "may not modify provided codes in any manner and you may not intentionally conceal the visual display of your counter from Your website. You further may not remove the link leading back to your counter's statistical information."
You should specify what you intend to do and we can check it against the ToS.
