Sorry for bothering, but I found some spelling errors and some non-international names in the International names version of region names 
Could you please rename:
Greece:
Anatoliki Makedonia kai Thraki
Attiki
Dytiki Ellada
Dytiki Makedonia
Ionia Nisia
Ipeiros
Kentriki Makedonia
Kriti
Notio Aigaio
Peloponnisos
Sterea Ellada
Thessalia
Voreio Aigaio
Algeria:
El Tarf to El Taref
Bejaïa to Béjaïa
Bouira to Bouïra
Alger to Algiers (that's the official name)
Boumerdes to Boumerdès
Naama to Naâma
Aïn Temouchent to Aïn Témouchent
Bulgaria:
Sofia (the province) to Sofiya, to match the city name
Kazakhstan:
Soltustik Qazaqstan to Soltüstik Qazaqstan
Ongtustik Qazaqstan to Oñtüstik Qazaqstan
Batys Qazaqstan to Batis Qazaqstan

Just a quick thought.
Cameroon has 2 official languages - English and French.
If you are planning to keep the English names for the international version, it's more than okay. Just please, change Adamaoua to Adamawa, as Adamaoua is the French name of the province.
The French ones would look more cool though

Just one more thing. Could you please change Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti to Racha-Lechkhumi da Kvemo Svaneti? Da is ''and'' in Georgian
