people can't you understand that there are two regions, Kyiv (city) and Kyiv (oblast) , which is called "Kiev" in flagcounters
Kiev needs to change to Kyiv (oblast)

Kyiv (oblast) is incorrect because it's called "Kiev" in flagcounters
