What is your FC Counter's H-Index?

Here's an interesting "stat" that can be used to describe the strength and breadth of your flag counter's visitor data - the "H-Index" : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H-index

A high H-Index for an FC counter means that not only has your site had a lot of visits, but its had many countries that have each visited a lot of times.  So it is a demonstration of visit strength across many countries.

Imagine. For 25 total visits, we have 5 different FCs scenarios with H-indexes anywhere from 1 to 5.

FC#1
Country 1:  25 visits
H-Index of 1

FC#2
Country 1:  24 visits
Country 2:  1 visit
H-Index of (also) 1

FC#3
Country 1:  23 visits
Country 2:  2 visits
H-Index of 2 (since there are at 2 countries with >= 2 visits)

FC#4
Country 1:  13 visits
Country 2:  12 visits
H-Index of (still) 2

FC#5
Country 1:  5 visits
Country 2:  5 visits
Country 3:  5 visits
Country 4:  5 visits
Country 5:  5 visits
H-Index of 5

Right now, my site has an H-index of 31 (South Africa is ranked 31st, and has had 40 visits). For me to get to 32, I need 3 more visits from Ireland (which now sits ranked at 32, and has had 29 visits).

What's your H-index?

Re: What is your FC Counter's H-Index?

It's actually quite simple.  Look at your list of countries in the rank of visits.  Your H-number is where the rank of the country is at least equal to the number of visits that country has had.

In my case, my 31st ranked country has had at least 31 visits (it's had 40).  H-index is therefore 31.
My 32nd ranked country has not had 32 visits (it's had 29), so I don't have an H-index of 32 yet.

I don't understand.  A higher H-index means greater strength.

You lost me.
