In portuguese there are some jokes with country names:
Butan is called Butão, and some people uses this word as the same meaning of "Anus"
there also another one:
Mexico Peru: spoken together sounds like "Move the dick"

In modern Greek, Greece is Ελλάδα (Elláda), in Classical Greek it was Ἑλλάς, Hellás.
