It is hard to say what will happen. I guess we have two options now, peace is one of those and will hopefully become reality. The other option will be worse compared to what happened 9/11.

It's very simple;
If the people can understand Osama's place in the world, then we can expect a safer environment in the near future.
If the people do not understand Osama's place in the world, then we can expect an even more unstable environment in the near future.
Thats why we should stay educated about the current situation. I know many Muslim friends who are against Osama, which is a good thing because the Osama situation at hand shouldnt be associated with Islam and Muslims in general. But still, I know many Muslims who for some reason, are not comfortable with the way Osama's demise is treated. For example, they believe he deserves a proper burial etc.
Osama failed to change us. History is written by the victor. And the victors are ours truly.

It's a good thing that Osama bin Laden is gone. For just a small second the world seemed to be a much more peaceful place. However his death doesn't mean the end of terrorism. Sadly, this man is still an idol for living and potential terrorists ready to continue his evil works. Beyond death Osama will continue to spread his hate message of war and terrorism. Very sad. We still need to continue fight terrorism in every possible way.
