My Flag Counter only show some flags
My flag counter is only showing 12 flags, and I know I have almost 20 now, how do I change it to show the additional flags I have received, without having to re-install the program.
Can anyone help please, thanx

Your Flag Counter will show a flag for every country you've received a visitor from since you added it to your site. If there's not more than 12 flags, I can assure you no more than 12 different countries have viewed your flag counter.

I have checked and I have had 18 countries visit:-

Ohhhh 
You originally set up your counter to only show 12 flags. You'll want to click the regenerate HTML link at the very bottom of the page after clicking on your counter. Just replace the code on your site with the code you generate.

Show me the flag for " OTHER ".
How come I don't see Cuba, Venesuela, Panama, Belize, Guatemala,Costa Rica and probably some more countries I've been too?

Flagcounter doesn't count the countries you've been, but the countries of the people visited your site

I guess I have to change the the "I've been too", to "have been to my site", for all the 'spin masters' that can't answer a question straight up without twisting it as many useless answer ways as they can.

I found one 'smart' answer that could be the one.
Places like Cuba, Belize and probably most Central American Countries, usually have only one computer in their area that they all use, like at the local corner store. They also have slow and poor IP service, limited time per person, which causes them to not let a site like mine fully load fully. According to this 'smart answer' person, Flag Counter does not register a Flag entry until after your site has fully loaded. If someone from a Country accepted your 'Friend Request', by just a click of the 'Accept' button, you probably won't get a 'Flag Registration' for that Country.
If someone has a better answer, I'd like to hear it, 'cause I want my Cuba Flag.

Although I've been informed that there are 97 pageviews only 31 visitors in 7 country flags are refered in my Flag Counter.How is that?
Which is the procedure that somebody has to follow in order his country flag be added to my Flag Counter?
