Adding country to new counter
Can I transfer my 21 Canada flags in Country Counter to a separate Canada Flags Counter or do I need to start over at zero flags?

You can do it with Japan and other 12 countries (not including USA and CA) if you have a Pro account.
If not,just those 2 (USA and CA).
