All the information that comes up when you click on a map comes from the CIA world fact book (https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/index.html).  I see that there is no fact book entry for Guadeloupe, so I am not surprised that nothing comes up when you click on that flag on flagcounter.
