Two sites and one is not working properly
I have two sites, one that has been running since February and one that I started just recently.
The February site (pmworldjournalDOTnet) is working and getting flags from across the globe but the recent site (pmworldlibraryDOTnet) is not showing flags from anywhere but a handful from in the USA.
I know that there have been people from all over the place that have been hitting the site as I have registrants with IP addresses from all over the place but the counter on the second site only shows a few from the USA.
Side note: The pmworldjournal site is a pro account and the second is not at this time.

I couldn't find the counter on your second site. Did you place the code on one of the subpages?

It is in the left hand column and display: hidden but I will turn that off. Sorry for the confusion.

Re: Two sites and one is not working properly
HAs anyone been able to see what the issues are? I have proof of countries and people that have accessed the site from these countries in my Wordpress backend through registration but none are showing up here.

There's NO counter whatsoever on the 2nd site. You need to check it again.
251/251 countries and 3,847/3,847 flags collected.

Re: Two sites and one is not working properly
For some reason the company that is hosting caching for the site does not update when a system file is change but only in certain situations occur so I have put in a ticket with them regading that but for the time being I took a snapshot of what I see when logged in as an administrator.
I apologize for the confusion.

I am not sure what you meant by "this is what the id of the flag counter is..." and then giving the <a> tag with something about the screencast url that I left for you to click in order to see the screen that I am seeing.
All of a sudden I see a second flag show up.
