    Large flags for US and Canada

    We have added support for the "Large" flag option for US and Canada regions.  The option will appear when generating a new counter, and we have also updated the regenerate HTML tool to include support for the large regional flags.

    I think the large flags look pretty nice.  We are considering bringing them to the statistics pages as well.
