Easy: before all, copy your HTML code you received as :
<a href="http://info.flagcounter.com/XXXX"><img src="http://s10.flagcounter.com/count/XXXX/bg_FFFFFF/txt_000000/border_CCCCCC/columns_6/maxflags_96/viewers_0/labels_1/pageviews_1/flags_1/" alt="Free counters!" border="0"></a>

1- enter in "parameters"
2- select "edit HTML" and go to the bottom
3- enter your code (ctrl + V) on the line just under "body" ; one before "end"
4- Save and that's all.

Don't forget to change labels_0/pageviews_0 to labels_1/pageviews_1 if you want the number of visitors and flags colected.
In the example, XXXX is your private flag counter identity.
