    Wrong position of Vietnam flag

    On the Flag Map the Vietnam flag is located in Laos. Is that placed there intentionally or wrong?

    I think it is not intentional. The software may have placed the flag in the middle coordinates of Vietnam, but the middle of Vietnam.... is in Laos!!!
