It would explode my forum time to explain all reasons here. You should employ the google team to get the overview of all the reasons.

Not for me. I explaned the problem and that is why I said 'are supposed'... However there are some simple solutions for this, like changing the code and the counter.

Wow, Jens is very helpful today... Are you sure they are not returning visitors? Because if yes, they won't be counted more than once. FC sets a cookie (which you can disable in your Management Section) that prevents IPs from being counted more than once.
If they are visits from countries you don't have on your counter yet, they might not have loaded your counter. Blogger and Google stats are not very accurate, as they seem to update their database of IPs only once per month or even per 3 months...
251/251 countries and 3,860/3,860 flags collected.

@medglobe.......get over it pal.did you pay anything for your counter?
no counter is perfect for many reasons...but it does my head in when people complain when they think a "freebie" isnt working.
