Hi blissyung,

There is no delay in any changes.  It sounds like your counter code may be loading a different counter than the one you replaced.  I would suggest regenerating your HTML code from the original counter.

Hi luomujie,

I'm not sure what the "Live Traffic Feed" is referring to, but do you have your Flag Counter on every page that you have this other service on?

These regions have been removed from the missing regions list, and available Russian regions have been adjusted to 83.  Users who have collected more than 83 will show in excess of that number.

Hi pshr23,

Unfortunately, n upgrade to pro will not restore a counter that has been removed for inactivity.  Those accounts have been permanently removed to make room for active customers.

Flag Counter Pro counters, however, are not subject to a removal for inactivity, and the upgrade unlocks lots of cool features.

There are many things which could have occurred.  Something may have prevented the visitor from displaying the Flag Counter image, such as the code not being on the page the visitor viewed, or ad blocking software or a browser setting, or even a network interruption preventing the image from displaying.  It is also possible that your other counter detected the visitor as something different than we did.  Your counter will log a visitor each and every time the Flag Counter image is loaded from our server.  If you have Flag Counter Pro services, you can see this in your Visitor Log.

I visited your site and both counters logged my visit correctly.  It looks like your first counter might be placed on other sites or pages that the other counter is not placed on. 

It is also not necessary to have two separate accounts.  You can easily show the US flags from your original counter on your site.  Just use the regenerate HTML function for your original counter and select the option to show US flags.  You can have multiple versions of the same counter on the same page without your visitors being duplicated.
