What is the address of your counter?  We did have an issue with the s10 server on that day.  This is by no means a regular occurrence.

I do see the counter now and it is working correctly.  I have also registered your Pro counter to your forum email address since it was not registered previously.  Please check your hotmail address for your password to access the Flag Counter Management section.  Your subscription renews on May 4.

Unfortunately I'm not able to find a Flag Counter on that page.  If you have to be logged in to see it, that is likely your problem.  I can check on your subscription once I'm able to locate your counter.

Hi jude.velez,

Can you post the address of your site?  Please ensure you have added your code to all pages of your site, and that you don't have to be logged in to see your counter.

Hi subway14,

It should be all of Europe.  It usually results, as holland25 mentioned from a company that has end users all over Europe.

Hi Lud,

It looks like your mail provider is bouncing our messages.

I have consulted their site but am unable to find a clear way of requesting that they correct this.  I would suggest using an alternate email or contacting your mail provider for assistance.

Hi Emilie,

We have answered this in our FAQ:

Why am I being limited to 12 flags on my counter?

When you generated your Flag Counter, you chose a maximum number of flags to be shown. Many people prefer to only show several of their top countries. However, this can be increased at any time. The simplest way is to examine your Flag Counter code, and change "maxflags_12" to "maxflags_100" (or whatever number you would like it to be, up to 255). Please refer to the Modifying Your Flag Counter section for further details.

I would suggest regenerating your HTML code, which you can do by logging into your Flag Counter Management section at http://s09.flagcounter.com/admin.cgi?rIOh

The code on your site is missing most of what was provided.

Hi Schoki,

What is the address of your site?  Yes, requiring two posts has helped stop a lot of spam posts.
