Erm it would seem my post got deleted? i assume it wouldnt be against any rules to post a link to an external site then? assuming of course there was a counter present?

The "tips" that I saw were removed because they appeared to be instructions for how to violate our Terms of Service.

You may not place your counter on websites of which you do not own or operate, or which you have obtained permission from the person who does own or operate the site. You further may not include your counter in "comments" to sites that you do not own or operate.

If a link is posted to a site with similar instructions, that link would be removed as well.

Hi eimgur,

You should make a copy of your counter's HTML code and then place it on the new site.  You can also use your counter's regenerate HTML function to create a new HTML code.

You should just let the 30 days pass and it will be deleted automatically.  You can register as many counters as you like to the same email address.

Hi thelildevil44,

That sounds like a problem with your website.  I would suggest contacting them to see if they are preventing you from adding our code to your site.

It looks like your site doesn't load the bottom content unless someone scrolls down.  We can only count visitors that load your counter.  I would suggest that you move your counter towards the top of your page if you can't configure it to not load in this manner.

Your site is loading external images through a proxy server.

You can register your counter by supplying your email address when prompted on our site after you create it.

If you registered your counter, we could find it for you using your email address.  Unfortunately, I did not find any counters registered to your email address.

You might also try finding a cached version of your website that contains your counter code by visiting http://www.cachedpages.com

I have made some changes that should speed things up.  There is one counter that is seeing a significant portion of the server's traffic at the moment.
