The "tips" that I saw were removed because they appeared to be instructions for how to violate our Terms of Service.

You may not place your counter on websites of which you do not own or operate, or which you have obtained permission from the person who does own or operate the site. You further may not include your counter in "comments" to sites that you do not own or operate.
If a link is posted to a site with similar instructions, that link would be removed as well.

If you registered your counter, we could find it for you using your email address. Unfortunately, I did not find any counters registered to your email address.
You might also try finding a cached version of your website that contains your counter code by visiting http://www.cachedpages.com
