Hi erfox1,

I'm still not sure I understand. The Flag Counter Management section will already have a username filled in. You will not enter a username. And yes, each counter has its own password.

Hi G5XW,

The message should go away once we have collected some reliable data for the counter. If you only have one or two hits a day it will last longer. If it is lasting longer than a few days, please post the address of the counter and we can see what might be going wrong.

Hello dl9faz,

It is not possible for your old data to be overwritten. Please follow the steps in the "Help, I lost my counter!" thread at http://flagcounter.boardhost.com/viewtopic.php?id=13224 for tips on finding your old counter. Keep in mind that if a counter does not log a new visitor for more than 30 days, it will be subject to removal for inactivity.

Hi dl9faz,

Flag Counter is simply an image and will work in any browser. Do you have an ad blocker installed in your Firefox that might be mistakenly blocking your counter?

We generally don't offer refunds, as our free service lets you see if our service meets your needs before deciding to upgrade. It sounds like your problem is that your website provider loads external images through a proxy. Your counter is working as designed, and we would suggest that you resolve this with your website provider.

If you PM me the email address you used for your payment, I will see what we can do. I did not see any payments associated with your forum email address.
